Order processing and delivery time
Orders are processed in 3 to 6 business days and shipped by Canada Post and USPS. Delivery time may vary from 3 to 10 business days. Products purchased online are not shipped outside of Canada and the United States. In case of loss or damage to a package by Canada Post or USPS between Novalab's shipping point and the customer's delivery address, Novalab replace the products at no cost for the customer. The shipping cost of the replacement products will be assumed by Novalab Inc.
